Over the past five seasons of The Gamers Change Lives Podcast, we’ve shared the stories of over 100 guests from across the globe, each one showcasing how esports is transforming lives by creating new jobs and opportunities. Guest host: Calino Calebson, CEO of Ace Gamers Esports in Ghana.

Meet Caleb Agbenyega, he is our first guest host of the Gamers Change Lives podcast, who also goes by his media personality name ‘Calino Calebson’,  and is from Ghana. He is the CEO and founder of Ace Gamers Esports and the president of the Africa Champions League.

We were fortunate to have him as a guest in Season 5, and soon realized he has more stories to tell. We are very excited to have him on board.

Bubba Gaeddert

Bubba Gaeddert is the Head of Events and Senior Lecturer at the College of Esports in London, UK, where he teaches event management, marketing, media, production, and law, preparing students with industry-ready skills. With 25 years in sports and non-profits and over a decade in gaming and esports, he has built a career in event management, consulting, and education. He has held leadership roles with the YMCA, NCAA, NAIA, Parks and Recreation, Sports Commissions, and Chambers of Commerce, managing large-scale sports programs and events. Since 2017, Bubba has bridged the gap between traditional sports, events, hospitality, and esports, helping organizations adopt professional sports structures while maintaining esports authenticity. He is also the President and Co-Founder of the Videogames and Esports Foundation (VEF), a STEM-accredited 501(c)(3) non-profit for gaming and esports, which has distributed over $500,000 in grants and scholarships. Beyond education and nonprofits, Bubba is a host and content creator, producing live streams, interviews, and webinars on gaming, tech, and sports, shaping events and academic programs to inspire the next generation of industry leaders.
